## What is Saf9ty?

Saf9ty (Arabic: صفقتي, meaning "my deal") is a B2B2C e-commerce platform based in Algeria. It serves two main user types:

- **Merchants (تجار)**: Business owners who list their products on the platform. They set a minimum price and let affiliates sell for them. Merchants only pay a small 50 DZD fee per successful order.
- **Affiliates (مسوّقين)**: Resellers who browse the product catalog, add products to their personal online shop, set their own sale price (above the minimum), and earn the difference as commission on every delivered order.

The platform is 100% free to join. There are no upfront costs for either merchants or affiliates.

## How It Works

### For Merchants
1. Register as a Merchant on Saf9ty
2. Add your products with images, descriptions, variants, and a minimum price
3. Affiliates across Algeria will discover and resell your products
4. You receive orders, confirm them, and ship via integrated shipping providers
5. You pay only 50 DZD per successful (delivered) order

### For Affiliates
1. Register as an Affiliate on Saf9ty
2. Browse the marketplace of available products
3. Add products to your personal online shop (each affiliate gets a custom shop URL)
4. Set your own sale price — your commission is the difference between your price and the merchant's minimum
5. Share your shop link on social media, WhatsApp, etc.
6. When a customer orders through your shop, the merchant handles fulfillment
7. You get paid your commission after delivery
